When the kind people at Palomacy Pigeon & Dove Rescue reached out to our Maker program looking for a new foot for a wounded bird, the kids at Urban Montessori were excited to help. I helped 4th-6th grade students to design and prototype “feet” in flexible TPU plastic which were fitted for two lucky birds, Kit and River. We used TinkerCAD with a Flashforge Creator Pro printer.
